I grew up watching my mom shrink under the weight of someone she trusted—my dad. I watched her worth being ignored, her presence diminished, and I couldn’t accept it. I wanted to protect her. I wanted her to see herself as I saw her: strong, capable, and deeply valuable.

Years later, I realized the same story plays out on a much larger scale: people, ideas, and resources treated as waste, systems that harm because no one questions them. Some leaders, however, refuse to look away. They carry responsibility for what others ignore. Those are the leaders I work with now. Those are the visions I help bring to life.

I don’t solve surface problems. I work with leaders who refuse to look away from what’s been devalued or discarded—whether that’s people, resources, or opportunities. By asking the questions no one else dares, and holding space for reflection and bold action. We transform not just results, but the way they lead, create, and leave a legacy that lasts.
