These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching services provided by Bella Veritas, located at Elsa Rubbensstraat 2, 5146DG Waalwijk, The Netherlands, KvK: 98201565, VAT: NL005315283B16 (“we”, “our”).

By engaging in our coaching services or using our website laszlobella.com, you agree to the following:

1. Services

We provide coaching services including 1:1 coaching, group programs, online workshops, and leadership assessments.

2. Fees & Payment

  • Fees are agreed upon individually before the start of coaching.

  • Payment is made by invoice (via e-factura.nl or bank transfer).

  • Payments are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

4. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all coaching conversations. We will not share information with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

5. No Guarantees & Client Responsibility

  • Coaching is a process designed to support you in achieving your own goals.

  • We cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or financial gains.

  • You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

6. Not Therapy, Medical, or Legal Advice

  • Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

  • We are not licensed as doctors, psychologists, or financial/legal advisers.

  • Coaching should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Always seek the advice of qualified professionals for such matters.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Bella Veritas is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of income, emotional distress, or business interruption).

  • Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the coaching services in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent court of the Netherlands.
