This morning’s walk was special.
Only two minutes from our home, I saw something I never expected here in the Netherlands — the Aurora Borealis.

A silent dance of colors across the sky.
Soft, fleeting, and almost unreal.
In the most light-polluted country in Europe, the sky opened for a brief moment and revealed something extraordinary.
I stood still.
No phone. No rush.
Just wonder.
It reminded me how beauty often waits quietly around us — not in grand gestures, but in the moments we almost overlook.
The simple. The natural. The taken-for-granted.
So today, I invite you to pause.
Take a breath.
Notice the beauty, both visible and invisible, that surrounds you.
Slow down and let it in.
Feel how it expands through your body — that quiet joy of being alive.
Because so much of life’s beauty fades into the background simply because it became normal.
Let this moment — or any small moment of awe — shape your entire day.
Let it remind you that presence is not found in silence or stillness alone,
but in the awareness that this very moment is a gift.
Love,
Laszlo
