What’s Your secret escape?

What’s Your Secret Escape?

In my first 12–15 years, it was easy to switch off.

I could get lost for hours playing games, sketching out ideas, rewinding my favorite part of a cassette over and over on my Walkman, or having those endless, late-night talks with friends where the world made a little more sense.

No overthinking. No pressure. Just full immersion.

But then, something changed.

In the years that followed, I couldn’t switch off anymore. Not truly.
My mind became a crowded airport with no clear destination:
— What should I study?
— Where should I go?
— Should I stay close or move abroad?
— What career should I chase?
— Will I be enough?

That once effortless state of flow slowly disappeared. Everything became loud.

Then one day… I went underwater.

And it changed everything.

The first time I experienced scuba diving, I didn’t fully understand what was happening. But when I came up, I realized I had just spent close to an hour without a single stray thought. No future plans, no regrets, no mental noise.

Just presence. Clarity. Quiet.

That’s when I started chasing that feeling with intention.

Now, years later, it’s become one of the most powerful experiences I invite clients into:
A once-in-a-lifetime coaching immersion under the surface.

We don’t dive for fun.
We dive for depth.

It’s not a pretty retreat. It’s not a relaxation day.
It’s a journey deep into yourself—one of the most challenging and transformative things a person can do.
No reception. No phones. No external voices. No place to hide.

Just you. Me. And the deep.

Some clients say that what they discovered in one day underwater would’ve taken them months to access in a regular room.
It’s tough, raw, and real—and it’s not for everyone.
But those who are ready… never forget it.

So let me ask you:

  • What is your secret escape?
  • Where do you go when the noise gets too loud?
  • And what part of you have you been avoiding meeting beneath the surface?

Love,
Laszlo
